This is an ideal auxiliary device for machine tools.
The custom made APM iron tailing filter housing can be easily used for recycling for different types of fluids, including water, acids, oil dilution, lighter than water floating fluids. There is also the feature of there being a bottom iron tailing water container, and a separate container for bottom sediment. These features save time and costs on cleaning.
It is much safer to use driven air, rather than electricity.
It can easily absorb acidic fluids, oil dilution fluid, and waste solids, such as aluminum powder and bottom sediment.
It can easily be used to recycle the acidic fluid and bottom sediment, without needing to shut down machine tool operations.
A recommended item is a 1 um filter net to reduce overusing filter housings through regular usage.
It can reduce expenses on using oil dilution fluid, and also extend the usage period of acidic fluid.
